STRONG GIRLS UÂ
Strong Girls United x University Athlete Partnerships
Â
We are dedicated to empowering girls through sports, mentorship, and mental health programming.
To that end, we support college athletes in running Strong Girls teams in their community for elementary school girls and/or hosting special events and dedication games on campus.

“It’s been an honor to be a part of Strong Girls United at Fordham these last four years! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to use our platform as student-athletes to grow the young women in our community, and to empower them to be themselves. Every year, the girls amaze us with their personal growth, and it’s such a privilege to be a small part of their journeys. Seeing these young girls embody the mission of Strong Girls United reminds me how special this program is, both for the mentors and the students. Being a SGU mentor has connected me with some of the most amazing young women, and they’ve taught me more about myself than I ever thought possible. Strong Girls United has given my teammates and I the chance to grow ourselves as leaders and women, demonstrating the true power that being a part of this program offers!”
