DIGITAL PROGRAMS & RESOURCES
Explore our FAM Platform and The Foundations to empower female athletes with essential mental skills that enhance performance and resilience on and off the field.
Â
At Strong Girls United, we understand that today's girls encounter pressing mental health challenges often overlooked in traditional sports programs. Our transformative approach integrates essential mental skills—like resilience, mindfulness, and self-confidence—into athletic training, empowering girls to thrive on and off the field and become strong, capable leaders who believe they can achieve anything.
THE FAMÂ Platform
The Female Athlete Mentorship (FAM) platform is a comprehensive resource designed to support those working with girls from kindergarten through college athletics. With 100+ mental skills activities, FAM empowers girls everywhere to thrive. Grounded in our P.O.S.S.I.B.L.E. framework, the platform benefits from the expertise of our Mental Health Advisory Committee, which continuously contributes to our growing collection of resources, ensuring that mentors have the tools they need to make a positive impact.
Double Your Impact
When you purchase a digital program from Strong Girls United, you are directly contributing to the empowerment of girls in need. Your support allows us to provide the same transformative resources to girls who might not otherwise have access. Together, we’re creating a ripple effect of resilience, confidence, and opportunity for girls everywhere.
#GetOneGiveOne
"I think the most significant way mentoring benefitted me was in my confidence. By helping a younger female athlete who is experiencing the same things I am as an athlete, and by being a source of guidance, I was reminded of how normal it is to feel everything—ups, downs, in between—as an athlete ... As we have learned, self-confidence is an extraordinary thing. Being a leader gave me purpose, yet reminded me that I am not alone."

United by a shared belief in our mission, they are committed to empowering girls by fostering confidence, resilience, and self-compassion.
